When you contact Oz Catering for a quote, you will talk to Idit, who will listen as you describe your vision of your special day. What do you want or don't want to see on your menu? How do you envision the flow of your wedding? What concerns do you have? If you aren’t sure just what you want, Idit will suggest what different options are available. The venue of your choice may set the tone for the style of service that would work best –whether it’s buffet, plated or family style dinner.

Our Wedding Caterer are happy to accommodate special dietary needs (gluten free, vegan, allergies, etc), for you or your family or guests, and have creative menus for every diet

We can recommend sources for lighting, wedding cake, music, photographer and florist; and if you wish, we make those arrangements for you. Oz Catering can also help with ordering all your rental needs, from tables & chairs china, flatware etc., to heaters & dance floors.

Once you reserve your date with us, we will meet with on site to walk through your event. Closer to big day, we are in contact with your wedding planner, if you have one, and other vendors. We finalize all of the details, from timing to décor. We want to make sure that on the day of your wedding you’ll be able to relax and fully enjoy your special day.

    • Salad
    • Baby greens with strawberries, goat cheese and candied pecans in citrus vinaigrette

    • Entre
    • Duck confit in demy glaze on a bed of wild mushroom risotto and fresh peas
    • Bourbon braised short ribs served with roasted Yukon gold potatoes and baby carrots garnished w/ fresh horse radish
    • Portobello mushroom stuffed w/ bean puree, on a bed of French lentils drizzled with zinfandel reduction sauce

    • Dessert
    • A three layer chocolate mousse cake, topped with cacao nibs


    • First course
    • Butter lettuce salad w/ sliced radish, orange fillets, beets & Feta cheese, in cherry vinaigrette

    • Second course
    • Mushroom ravioli served on a bed of julienned summer squash
    • Grilled chicken – breast of chicken in lemon & herbs marinade, topped w/ chimichuri sauce

    • Third course
    • Tri tip in red wine reduction sauce, served with basil mashed potatoes
    • French green beans sautéed in lemon infused extra virgin olive oil

    • Chicken pomegranate – grilled chicken breast marinated and topped w/ pomegranate sauce
